Aromatic herbs

Tasty and fragrant, enriched with onions and aromatic herbs, they enhance grilled white meat and vegetables. Serve with young wines of medium body such as Lambrusco, Cirò Rosso or Rosato del Salento.

With grilled fish they may be accompanied by a Ribolla Gialla, Bianco di Custoza or Vermentino di Gallura.

Wrapped in a slice of lardo, combine with a Kerner from Alto Adige or a Blanc de Morgex from the Aosta Valley.
